Wanderpins is a service provided by BTR Design LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the Wanderpins service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Privacy Policy Reference: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

3. Modification of Terms: BTR Design LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Usage of Service: Wanderpins allows users to upload and share geolocation-based photos. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purposes.

5. Account Responsibility: You must create an account to use Wanderpins. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it.

6. User Content: You retain rights to content you upload to Wanderpins but grant us a license to use it. You must have the rights to the content you post and ensure it does not violate any laws or rights of others.

7. Service Access and Availability: While we strive to keep the Service available and accessible at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, technical issues, or for reasons beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive conduct, infringe rights, or engage in any objectionable or inappropriate activities as determined by BTR Design LLC.

9. Intellectual Property: All rights in Wanderpins and its content, features, and functionality are the property of BTR Design LLC and its licensors.

10. Termination: BTR Design LLC may terminate or suspend your access to Wanderpins without notice for violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers: Wanderpins is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability: BTR Design LLC will not be liable for any damages from the use of or inability to use Wanderpins.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and not in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

14. Changes to the Service: BTR Design LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and BTR Design LLC will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

15. Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Wanderpins is entirely voluntary and will be free to use by BTR Design LLC without any obligation or compensation to you.

16. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTR Design LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Service.

17. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Entire Agreement: These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Service, constitute the entire agreement between BTR Design LLC and you in relation to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
